http site working....www. site notworking......I really need some HELP!!!

I have been trying with great difficulty for the last 6 weeks to upload a website and despite several calls with T I am nearly at the end of my tether!!

First there was an issue with the free space...then I needed MX records changed, which didnt work.....then I transfered in my domain which worked ok....but now I have atlast been able to upload my site via frontpage.  Alas for some reason unknown to me it works with the http://domain.co.uk version but will not work via the http://www.domain.co.uk .  I really need this to work as I am beginning to send out marketing material with my web address on it.

Please can anyone help with this??

Hi,

I have just registered www.scaurbridgecottage.co.uk with fasthosts and activated web forwarding to http://home.btconnect.com/volunteerarmshotel/ScaurbridgeCottage/index.html

Although the http://scaurbridgecottage.co.uk works ok, when I add www in front it doesn't. Can you help please. Sounds like a DNS record issue.

You will need to have the "www" record set up for scaurbridgecottage.co.uk, volunterarms.  Fasthosts should be able to help.
