Hi,
We have been incorrectly billed for an amount based on charges incurred on an incorrect assumption that we breached a 36 month contract (incorrect - BT removed us).
Despite several emails to the local business manager and a BT local business manager assigned to our account last year over the last 10 days - no reply.
Too add - before the amount was taken from our business account ,we spent 2 days on calls to BT Business once we (were advised) to create an online account (via the VP number we were given some years ago).
Its very (very) frustrating!
