I have been trying to order Voice Cloud and Broadband. The order process seems fine until I receive an email with the WRONG installation address.
Contacted BT multiple times, complaint raised, but still seem to be going around in circles with always the WRONG installation address.
Have now been without broadband for 5 weeks.
Any ideas/help/suggestions?
