Billing complaint - ongoing since Nov2023

Hi, I am so frustrated and do not know where to go with this now!

 

Signed new contracts in October2023 where we were forced to change to a digital system, and have had nothing but problems with the new account. 

There were miss-selling problems, installation problems and service problems - but I have managed to sort these out.

 

Frustratingly I have been unable to resolve the billing problems. Every bill received since the new contract inception has been incorrect and massively inflated. To date I have had near 140 communications with BT to try to resolve. The 'complaints handlers' state they will amend and correct with appropriate credits, but this is not done. Return callbacks are never made as promised. We are now getting incorrect bills on top of incorrect bills.

I cannot get responses from general.complaints email addresses.

We are being being for services we do not have, but cannot find anyone within BT who can sort whatever errors BT have created.

 

I am so frustrated and need some assistance with someone able to take ownership and deal with this.
