Details of contracts on our two phone lines.

Can anyone help please?I've got a really simple question. I just need to find details of the contracts on our two lines Surely they are on 'My Account'? But can't find them. Have been on 'Online Chat' since 0932 in the hope of getting some help. Without success.

After two hours on Online Chat - no progress made. Why is it impossible to obtain copies of contracts, BT Business?
