Is there an email address for service complaints - we're suffering a world of pain trying to consolidate billing for various lines and broadband services for the company that now owns the properties and have ended up with EE accounts created as multiple personal accounts in a director's name in one instance and signed up to digital services in areas where no signal is available when the existing phone lines work adequately. I've tried the webchat with no response, and the guy on the phone line struggled to understand. It's clear the BT Local Business Partner does not know the area sufficiently well in this instance, and I've had to deal with multiple people, it's been hugely time consuming
