From the installation date being wrong to every bill being wrong no one responds to you no one knows what they are doing , asked for help on here and no one responds was told they were looking in to it but then no more communication which is ironic it’s called British Telecommunications and no one wants to talk to you, how can I run a business with the phone line not working HELP

Have you sent Beth a private message as requested?  I have had great support from her and her colleagues but they can't 'see' your account until you PM them.
