I've just received a BT Smart Hub 3 after previous BT box failed.
Everything is connected as it was - from the BT Smart Hub 3 it goes onto a Switch then onto various routers.
In any case, I can be connected to the BT Smart Hub itself on my laptop (via wifi) and have a mobile phone next to it which will connnect to wifi but "Without internet".
I thought this device was plug and play.. instead I have this nightmare accross an entire site with various people not being able to connect, or only able to connect half of their devices

Sadly I have done - they closed the fault off without contacting me or explaining why it was closed.
