SIgned a 3 year contract with local BT business in Jan 2026. New line required and extra construction charges (new pole) agreed and signed for (twice!). Original order cancelled by BT in march, then reinstated. Now they tell me that I have not authorised the ECC for the reinstated order!!! 6 months wait, countless emails and phone calls, official complaint raised, and only 1 pole is needed!! Nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue between BT and Openreach or tell me what further paperwork is required. I think Ofcom beckons?? Any one have similar issues or any idea on steps to take?
