Business Smart Hub 3, 1 Static IP, Server. Anomaly: Displays ZERO bytes Up and Down for Server

satsig

One of my local private IPv4 addresses is connected to a server.

  wired ethernet

  Static

IPv6 addressing: Hub not enabled for IPv6

  5 port forwarding rules

  Lease time left N/A

Why does "My network" show ZERO bytes up and down, despite traffic flowing normally, both ways ?.

The traffic is flowing quite normally.

If the technical people determine that the visual display of ZERO bytes is just an interesting feature and no consequence to normal operation, I suggest it is not worth a firmware update (to BT Business Smart Hub 3) but rather as something that might be fixed in the next generation product.

If it works, don't fix it !

Incidentally, many thanks for approving my updated Avatar image. The twelve blue shapes around the periphery represent satellites orbiting the earth.

Hi satsig

I have replied to your other post.

Still showing zero bytes while traffic is flowing normally up and down:

It is not a problem but maybe a symptom of something.

Hi satsig

I am querying this with the technical team and will come back to you once I have a response.

Hi satsig

I've had a response from the technical team saying this has been flagged to see if it's a visual bug in the GUI that can be addressed with a firmware update.
