Can anyone help?
We closed a broadband account and 2 phone lines on the 20th March. We are still receiving bills and a direct debit was taken last week. I have spent over an hour on two calls, which honestly didnt give me any confidence that the issue was sorted, I then sent 45 minutes waiting for a virtual assistant and got disconnected. Its now keeping me awake at night as I cant get through to anyone who seems to be able to help me. We still have a broadband account and a cloud phone service with BT.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get this sorted please?
