Hybrid Connect - NOT connecting to Hub. Blue flashing light only despite three bars for the 4G sign

Does anyone know if there is a settign on the BT Smart Hub 2 which is not allowing a brand new Hybrid Connect from pairing/connecting to the hub.

Hi Tawney,
If the Smart Hub 2 is in bridge mode then the Hybrid Connect device won't work i.e using the Hub as a modem only. There's a guide to enabling/disabling bridge mode via the hub manager here: Using Smart Hub 2 as a modem only | BT Business.
