I've recently started working for a local business and they had a Business Smart Hub 2 and Hybrid Connect that they weren't using despite having been sent them a couple of years ago. I've exchanged the old hub 5A for the Smart Hub 2 and the connection works fine. However the Hybrid Connect which is connected via ethernet reverts to a flashing red light after a couple of minutes.
I can login to the admin console for the hub and get all the Hybrid Connect details from the hub (see below) but it just doesn't want to work.
Front line support are running us around in circles and taking us through restarting the hub and the hybrid connect but this isn't getting results and isn't always possible to do during business hours as our EPOS system needs the broadband.
Can anyone offer any insight on this please?
Thanks,
Jason.

Hi VitaeServices
As per the guide here, a red light does imply an issue with the Hybrid device so the steps they are recommending are to try and diagnose the issue. The helpdesk is open 24/7 so I would advise to call them when you are free to do the equipment checks.
