I have a BT BusinessSmartHub3 and every time I connect the hybrid connect box using an Ethernet cable it causes all my wifi and Ethernet connected devices to drop out. Only way to stablise my LAN so far is to permanently disconnect the hybrid connect box, restart the hub (and maybe restart connected devices such as PCs). I'm on my second hybrid box - same issue.
Anyone else got this problem?

If you've had a replacement sent out, I assume you are in contact with our technical support team - have you contacted them to advise this issue is still ongoing?
