Increase speed not avaialble but available for a domestic line at the same address

Hi, I would like to increase my broadband speed, currently 300 Mbps. I have tried to upgrade in the business portal, but it says 300 is the maximum, and I have also contacted support by phone, who says the same. I have asked to raise a case, but nothing has been done.

 

However, if I apply as a domestic customer, I am offered 900 Mbps for the same address, and if I check on the Openreach broadband checker, I am offered 1600 Mbps!

 

I have had full fibre to the property for over four years and was offered up to 900 Mbps when it was first installed is my only answer to move away from BT?
