Help, please. I first posted the below in on December 12. A month later, the issue has still not been resolved.
Oliver Bailey from BT Business Plymouth, who was on the phone daily until the contract was signed, has said BT is not able to sort this out, this is an OpenReach issue, leaving me to sort this out. My father died on Christmas Day before this issue was resolved. The poor internet was something that distressed him greatly in his final weeks. My mother, aged 91, is vulnerable and now alone and - as I said earlier - we need the phone systems to work. Is this really the best BT Business can do? Could someone please advise how to sort this out? We have no idea how to negotiate between BT Business and OpenReach. If the BT Business Manager in Plymouth can’t sort it out – how can we? Needless to say, we are still being billed even though the service is not functional.

Hello - is there anyone who can help please? We are trying to disconnect a copper wire line and migrate Broadband to another line. However the OpenReach engineer seems to have been given misleading instructions - and he is not going to migrate the Broadband (nor disconnect the copper wire line). Have been trying to email and call Oliver Bailey from BT Business Plymouth for help - but ever since we signed the contract for this, he has been unavailable - have left several messages and emailed to no avail. We have been trying to sort this out for weeks - my father is 98 and my mother 91and we need the phone systems here to work
Hi Susan1234,
