I just had a new installation put in on two floors. Two routers one for each floor. The phone provided was not on our old number and the engineer said he could not find it on the vEL. He changed the name of the routers but these do not work and the old name is still working despite those routers being removed. Attempts to talk to an actual human being have proven impossible. The worst service I have ever experienced

Frustrating experience! Router names unchanged, old service still active, and no support available. Unacceptable.
