I currently have a BT business contract with a bt landline and copper wire connection. I was advised that I could now switch to new BT business contract with fibre broadband and no landline. If I do make the switch, will I still be able to keep my btconnect.com email address?

If the upgrade to full fibre requires a new install order for full fibre to be arranged followed by a cancellation of the old copper service then yes the email address will be lost.
The only way emails can be retained is when the service is renewed or speeds upgraded on the same technology. You are best to speak to the team about what kind of upgrade is now available and they will advise if the emails will be lost.
