We finally had our leased line commissioned last week after many false starts and need to make some changes to port settings on the BT supplied Meraki MX75. We were told this was possible via the BTnet user portal but we are unable to access it. A link is supposedly meant to appear in 'My-Account' Products & Services but it hasn't.
We have tried adding the WM account to 'Billing' but it tells us the account doesn't exist.
Does anyone have any information on how we can access our BTnet User Portal

I've spoken with the BTnet team but they are currently unable to set me up due to the billing account not yet being available. I'll give it a bit longer and try again.

No further with this I'm afraid, billing is now set up and we have received our first bill. The BTnet team have managed to get the link onto 'My account' page but are now telling me they don't know what the login details are and aren't able to find out what they are!
Surely they must have full access to the Meraki dashboard and therefore the User Management Portal which would let them know what users are set up.
