Need Help Retrieving Broadband Credentials for 3rd Party Router

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I'm looking to use a 3rd party router with my BT broadband, but I am struggling to retrieve the necessary broadband credentials. I know that the login is *@hg39.btclick.com but don't have the password.

I’ve spent a good amount of time searching through BT's website, but I can’t seem to find this information anywhere. It’s all very self-service oriented, and I haven’t been able to locate a contact point to ask for direct assistance.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and managed to retrieve the credentials? If so, could you point me in the right direction or let me know how to get this sorted?
