I've been battling with BT Business for over a month to get a new BroadBand service following the withdrawal of PlusNet Business.
Despite the initial check saying Broadband is available, several orders later, nothing has happened, online chat goes round in circles with new orders being placed but then cancelled.
I've raised formal complaints, none of which have received a reply. Should I persist or try an alternative provider?
Hi FoBVNick
I'm sorry you've not had a reply to your complaints. Can you please send me a private message with some details so I can look into this for you?
Beth - apparently I've reached the limit of Private Messages so can't send the PIN.
Sorry Beth, phone's been on silent and I've been on 'Live Chat' with your colleague. Phone is on now.
So the saga rumbles on. I've just had an email asking for the return of equipment you sent, the order has never been fulfilled so I have successfully and quickly secured Broadband via a reliable competitor.
Our account shows an outstanding bill that I was told ages ago would be cancelled as it's for services you failed to provide.
I will, of course, return your equipment albeit reluctantly as it will involve some effort from me (taking it somewhere to be posted), something you've never offered me (effort!!)
I'm tempted to ignore future requests, including this one so you can take me to court where I'll presumably get to see someone from BT Business Face-to-Face to get some answers, perhaps to my original complaint in line with your complaints procedure which you have conveniently ignored. I've just contacted BC Watchdog and will be contacting the media too.
Hi,
I have followed up with the team dealing with your complaint and ask they contact you to discuss this asap.
Thank you,
Adam
Forgive me if I don't hold my breath. Thanks for trying.
