New connection in warehouse - odd box and no normal line box

Hi,

I'm looking at leasing a warehouse, have been there today for some checks and there is no standard phone line, but there is one of these - am I going to have issues getting a decent speed connection?

The broadband checker says its ok, but this is a v v odd and old looking bit of kit!

This is an internal Distribution Point, part of the Openreach network.  I would go by whatever the broadband checker says in terms of speeds, this shouldn't affect that.
