I have 6 PC's that all run outlook but suddenly stopped connecting to my remote e-mail server hosted by a third party.
BTnet ( I have a leased fibre line) have said it is not their problem, BT Business (server host has standard broadband) says it is not them. I saw that a previous poster had a similar issue around a year ago but I can not access that post or reply.
This has been going on for almost 3 weeks without any resolution and is affecting my business.
When i step outside of my BT WiFi and broadband eg use 5g hotspot everything connects perfectly as does Virgin connection at my home, it is almost as if the line is treated as unsecure as we can connect to the internet without any issues but when trying to go directly to the web mail it does not connect.
I am at my wits end - can any body please help.
