I want to reset my mesh system which replaced a business smart hub 2  - while it was connected via a dray tek modem it kept dropping out an so i am resetting it by full reinstall - however i don't recall having a pppoe login in - do i need one and if so how do  get it

I know we've now spoken on X and I provided the details but for anyone else who finds this with the same query: if you're using a 3rd party router, yes you will need your authentication details, you can request these from the technical support team or if you don't get anywhere with that, send me a private message.
