I am the Chairman of a local charity with a BT Business account for phone and broadband. Our Treasurer is the account holder in order to pay BT bills but I manage the IT in our premises. We need another mesh disc for our router in order to extend wifi coverage but it has proved impossible for me to discuss this with anyone at BT as I am not the account holder. Can I be added to the account so that I can deal with technical issues with BT? If so, how?
