We've started using our own router since moving over to fibre recently, and we've been given PPPoE connection details (via phone support) and all is working. However, every time we need to restart the router our IP address changes. What do we need to do to ensure that we have a static IP address over PPPoE? (we've already been given a unique x.btclick.com username for our PPPoE connection).

You need to order a static IP. You can do this by contacting us, depending on what contract you have it may have an additional monthly cost. Alternatively, send me a private message with some account details and I can look into arranging this.
