for over 18 months we have been trying to around £3k back from BT business due to being charged incorrectly
we send emails to all of the business team members we have email addresses for and nothing is being done at all
we are a charity and we need this money
we have sent emails, letters had phone conversations but no one is dealing with our entitlement to a return of monies to us
