A completely useless screen!

A prime example of a useless system! Does it accept the old password? No!

Does it accept a new password as entered on the BT change your password (4 number pin required) screens? No!

Does it allow one to change-a-password? No!

A simple case of no joined-up-thinking! Well done BT. A system that cannot be accessed by any means must be secure! 🙄

Why would it accept a new password if you can't remember the old one?  You need a password reset, not a change password.

Are you able to log into business.bt.com? It will be the same password for there as it is for the outlook webpage.
