Good morning all, is there anyone in the BT organisation who can help me with my account.
For six months I have been trying to migrate my account to the new system but I can't
BT chat bot is complete rubbish and cuts you off.
Each time I log into my account it says I need to migrate and to begin the process. I click ok, and the first question is, enter your account number. So I have paper invoice with the account number.
I type this in and it says invalid account number.
Cannot get anyone in this BT organisation able to help with what should be a very simple thing to do.
I am actually thinking of cancelling my Direct debit and I bet 100% someone will want to speak to me then.
