Hi, i've moved by business broadband to another account for my business & my BT Connect email address has been locked. I have a couple of broadbands with BT can i link this address to these broadbands, or can i get my email address unlocked?

You can either link your BT Connect email address to your new broadband account or get it unlocked by contacting BT support. To link it, log in to My BT with your BT ID and follow the steps to add your email address. If unlocking is needed, reach out to BT support for assistance.
