Hello,
My BT Connect email account is locked out. When I try to login I receive the error "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again."
BT Local Business gave us no support whatsoever. I tried the BT help desk back in October and received a problem reference number after a long time on the phone and being passed between various departments. Eventually I spoke to someone who said that they'd unlock the account and to try later but we're still seeing the same error message. If someone at BT could help it would be appreciated.
