As BT no longer support BTConnect email accounts. Who can we contact in our hour of need ?.
I've been unable to login to my account since Tuesday and no matter how many times I try and attempt to reset my password, I keep going round in a loop back to where I started. I contacted BT for support and after being passed from pillar to post I was informed they no longer support the BTConnect domain and we were now left to our own devices.
When using the troubleshooter it states there is a connection problem between the server and my account.
Help !!!
Same problem here - used them for 20 years now business email gone down the pan - devastating.
