BTConnect emails - how to access an email address we kept using after we moved from bt.

We moved from BT some years ago and was told that the email, which dates back to the dial-up era, 'david.wright18@btconnect.com' was mine, provided free, and I could keep. I have been using it periodically for some stuff that I never updated, and I went to log in but can no longer access it. It says it's been locked, but alas, I'm in urgent need of access codes being sent there.

If you no longer have the services the email was linked to, you can not retain the email address. The technical support team can assist with any queries regarding emails.
