Btconnect email hacked

One of my BTConnect email accounts has been hacked and I think a lot of spam emails have been sent, which has resulted in the account being locked. I'm trying to reset the password but it just says to contact my administrator, as this is a personal account I can't do that. Could someone please help unlock the account and reset the password?

I had the live chat but they said they were unable to help. We no longer have a BT account. I gave them the old phone number from when the original email was set up but they said they were unable to locate it and couldn't do anything. I'm not really sure what to do now, how I reset this account?  If I try to log in, it says my account is locked and if I try to reset the password, it says this account is currently blocked from signing in. Please contact an admin in your organisation. I don't have an admin in my organisation. This is a personal account.
