Hi. My Btconnect email is not receiving any new emails on the outlook web client (outlook live). I can still log in via MS and send emails from the account but it has not received any new emails. Thanks.

How are you logging into the web client?
Yes - via outlook.live.com
Hi. It’s exactly the same result. Takes me to Microsoft 365 web page, with a “Explore your apps” section. The first listed app is Outlook, and when I select Outlook it takes me to my mailbox with no new mail (other than adverts). Looked in both Focused and Other mailbox views.
