Disappearing btconnect emails

As of Thursday 16/04/26 one user, a directors wife just to make the problem worse, reported emails not being sent or receiving on iPad. Went to login at Microsoft on web and it says email address not recognised, tried the usual all with no joy so contacted livechat on Friday, after a couple of hours they checked I was who I said I was then said I needed a different department and offered me a link to the required help page - which produced a 404 error or a freephone 080001217667 - which is a no longer in service number, returned to livechat aware that it is now 16:45 and livechat closes at 18:00, went through all the id checks again, passed and the nice agent asks how he can help, I explained email ****@btconnect.com had disappeared, short wait and he came back with - e go off shift now at 17:00 you can use the app, or freephone 08000127667 ( the inoperative one) or use livechat on Monday from 08:00. Is this really a business service from BT?

I note that all the other recent btconnect email issues suggest contacting technical support, has anybody ever managed to actually receive any support?

Hello I have similar issue with my wife's iphone not able send or receive emails via a @btconnect.con  account have tried all the options  suggested via Microsoft. I been business customer for over 50 years it is almost impossible talk to any one at BT only AI solutions I would appreciate  the contact info for your solution.

I was the one who helped Petecee - is your wife having this issue through the website or is she trying to set up the email via a mail app? Can you please send over a private message with the details of your wife's btconnect?
