Email Validation Required!!!

I've has a couple of emails that look legit but are from [email protected].  

The last one is a final notice and they will cease processing my incoming emails and that I need to validate my account.

I have a BTConnect.com email account.

Can anyone help

Also been getting these emails, but didn’t want to follow the link as it looked suspicious. Now the account won’t work and 365 does not recognise the email address to log in
