Locked out of btconnect email

I was attempting to change my password by a google generated strong password. I thought google passwords had stored it but when attempting to log in it clearly hadn't and now I can't access my email. I tried using the recover option to change it to something I can remember easily. It said it had changed it but still won't log on. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you visited My BT Business Account | Sign In or Sign Up | BT Business and attempted a password reset. If so then I would need you to message me privately so I can take your business details and assist.
