One of our users has a full mailbox but can't login to clear it down. When trying to log in to Office365 they try and reset their password but get this...
How do I unlock their account and reset their password for them? It used to be so easy, but now it seems impossible?

Hello,
To unlock their account and reset the password, log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Navigate to Users > Active Users, select the user, and click Reset Password. Follow the instructions to generate a new password. If issues persist, contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

I did try this but neither of the user accounts that I would expect to have admin rights were able to access this.
Guess I need to contact BT to find out which of our users is setup as an admin?
