Recently, I have noticed that enquiries and emails generated on my website are no longer sent through to my Outlook inbox.
When setting up the WP Mail STMP I am directed to Microsoft Azure portal, and told to open the App Registration. When I try to open it I am informed that I have no access to it.
The only directory is in the name of BT Group plc, who must have set it up in the first place without giving me access.
I have had a web chat with technical support who say that it is nothing to do with them.
How do I get BT to give me a user role that gives me access?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving enquiries from your website to your Outlook email.
