Not able to open different user OST file in my system

Hi, my name is Andrew and I'm facing an issue regarding Outlook. I have copied another user's OST file through the hard drive and trying to open it in my system but I'm facing issues while opening it. Please help me to fix this issue if you have any solution.

Go to File Explorer and right-click on the OST and select properties.  Then tick the box 'unlock'.  Now you should be able to open it.

If that doesn't work please post the exact error message(s) you get.

ost file cannot be opened, follow some of the solutions mentioned below.
Close Outlook and Kill all the Outlook-related Processes.
Turn off Cached Exchange Mode.
Export OST data to PST and then import it into a new OST file.
Repair Outlook and install the latest version.
Disable Outlook Add-ins that may cause conflicts.
