btconnect.com - unable to access master account

I’m a BT employee and have a number of btconnect.com email addresses that my family use.
When I log into the BT business page I'm asked to start a migration process for which I need an account number.
Unfortunately my BT.com account number is not recognised so I'm effectively locked out of my master account.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

I am also facing the same issue. Have you got the answer? If yes please share it with me. I urgently need help. And thanks for sharing this post.
