I’m a BT employee and have a number of btconnect.com email addresses that my family use.
When I log into the BT business page I'm asked to start a migration process for which I need an account number.
Unfortunately my BT.com account number is not recognised so I'm effectively locked out of my master account.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
