I would like to 'add' an email address to my 'account' as I did in 2008! Just what would be the best way to do this would be helpful to know in 2022. 🙄

Btconnect email addresses are actually Office 365 addresses.  You have as many as you pay for in your in your contract with BT.  It's between you and BT not between you and Microsoft.  I'm sure you could buy extra BTconnect email addresses and retire any you did not need.  You need to phone 0800 028 2302
