Any idea how this works ?
I have never heard of a “Granular Admin Relationship” but presumably this is a BT-Microsoft issue and the admin has fallen down somewhere.
Clearly I need systems to continue to function…………
Please can BT get this sorted asap and advise ?
I have the same issue and tried, unsuccessfully, to sort it out with BT this morning but was just run round and round in circles. It is driving me insane. I have never heard of 'Granular Admin' either and seemed no one at BT had heard of it!
