Hi

I don't think you can add newsgroups through webmail, but you should be able to in the Outlok email client on your computer.  Haven't done it before so I couldn't tell you how.

You might need to consider using a dedicated Newsgroup reader program.

Hi there,

Not too sure about newer mail clients, but older outlook express used to be:

Tools - account settings - news - add - then enter the details.

Thanks,

hi there I just checked this -   newer versions of outlook don't allow news feeds -  I checked on outlook express
tools > add account > news > add new > mail... > enter display name your name  > enter your email address > enter news.btconnect.com

this worked without a hitch -  let me know if you have any trouble with this

*edit*  just got a tap on the shoulder and was told that windows live mail supports news groups

Further to this, I had newsgroups access on my BT business circuit. We've changed over to a BT teleworker circuit, and I also have a BT Net connection. Neither allow me access to news.btconnect.com. Is there an alternative ?
