BT Cloud Voice WebRTC

Good afternoon,

I would like to integrate our CRM with our BT Cloud Voice (WebEx) but it needs. WebRTC URL. 

Have had the runaround from BT a couple of times and now aiming to see advice from the wider community. 

If anybody knows the answer, please let me know.
