Business phone line cannot incoming calls (very frustrating)

My business phone line switched from traditional line to digital line on 10th June (same company transfer), still cannot active and receive any incoming calls so far. Call BT cloud voice team and always ask me to wait, but it still cannot work. Anyone know how to solve it or how to reach the technical team to solve it? Thanks a lot!
