We’ve had to migrate from plusnet business to Bt broadband / cloud voice express, since October 2024. Our phone lines were disconnected without our knowledge since then we have had no phones at a very busy time of year for our church school.
We made countless phone calls most days to resolve the issue but one remains unsolved.
I kept getting orders created and cancelled. The case is now with Bt Cloud Express Complain but they are just as bad. The complain department was trying to bribe me to close the complaint even though problem is not fixed.
I have emailed Consumer Resolutions at BT but they did not acknowledge or reply.
The useless call centre promises to help but they never do.
I just don’t understand what is going on. Also I have tried complaining to BT but there does not seem to be anyway to do it other than the pretty useless call centre, who promise to help but never do.
