Calls to Cloud voice express are ringing out on my mobile number despite all call forwarding options being set to No / deactivated. Is this a feature of having the App for BT business and cloud voice express on the phone.??
I can see no reference to forward calls to a mobile number in any settings on the App or Desktop version - other than call divert - which is set to no on all devices.
Any advice would be very welcome.

That's very strange, if you've checked all the settings I think the best thing to do here would be to talk to the CVE tech team. I can arrange for them to contact you if you want, please send over a private message with some account details.
